These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and krekay ("krekay", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the krekay website, platform, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotions, and any associated features or content (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms apply to all users of the krekay platform regardless of how they access it.

krekay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, krekay will make reasonable efforts to notify active registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms are written in English and are legally binding. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary or description, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from your use of krekay Services that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaint process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the relevant competent jurisdiction as determined by krekay at its sole discretion.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with krekay's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and krekay and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

To access the full range of krekay Services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must register a verified personal account. Account registration is free of charge and is completed through the krekay Login page using accurate personal information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating a krekay account, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The information required includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, used for account verification and security.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A secure, unique password for your krekay account.

krekay reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active krekay account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, krekay will close all but the original account and may confiscate bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krekay account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. krekay will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact krekay support immediately at [email protected]. krekay cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, krekay conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any other time deemed necessary by krekay's compliance team. Documents typically requested include a national identity card (NID), a selfie with the NID, and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account under your registered name). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

krekay offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional terms published alongside each specific promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a krekay account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the krekay welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus amount is calculated as a percentage of the first deposit, subject to minimum deposit thresholds. Full terms, including the minimum deposit required and wagering requirements, are published on the Promotions page at the time of registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. As a general principle, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed on eligible games or sports markets within the specified validity period. Bets placed on certain games (as listed in the individual bonus terms) may not count towards wagering requirements, or may count at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry a validity period from the date and time of issue. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are non-negotiable and cannot be extended except at the sole discretion of krekay's promotions team.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

krekay actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, coordinated betting to guarantee outcomes regardless of result, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, and using prohibited betting patterns. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.

5.5 krekay's Right to Modify Promotions

krekay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated on the platform wherever practicable. krekay's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

krekay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where krekay is required to do so to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Account suspension or permanent closure may occur in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour directed at krekay or other players.
• Provision of false identity or age information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Confirmed underage gambling (the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age).
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• Player request via the self-exclusion or account closure process.

7.2 Effect of Account Closure

Upon permanent closure of an account, any real-money balance that has not been derived from fraudulent, prohibited, or bonus-abusive activity will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Balances held as bonus funds, or winnings attributable to a breach of these Terms, will be forfeited.

7.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your krekay account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. If your closure request is related to a gambling concern, krekay encourages you to consider using the self-exclusion tool on the Responsible Gaming page before requesting permanent closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards and cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. krekay will notify you by email before applying any dormancy processing to your account balance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to keep their contact details up to date to avoid dormancy proceedings.
